It depends on the meet, but as a general rule the earlier the better. Get in touch as soon as you have a trip in mind and we'll work backwards from there.
Your trip cost covers accommodation, competition entries, accreditation, optional training days, and all admin and logistics management. The one thing not included is flights, we'll advise on the best options but leave you to book these directly, which usually gives you more flexibility on departure airport and timing.
Both. While most of our trips are organised for clubs or small groups, individual swimmers aged 18 and over are very welcome to book. At present we do not organise group trips to competitions abroad but we may start organising for solo swimmers looking to meet new friends!
