For the last 20 years, I have been a competitive swimmer in the UK, racing at every level from Counties and Club championships to British Championships. Swimming has shaped my life, but some of the best memories were made abroad, travelling across Europe to compete with friends in new environments. These travels exposed me to different standards and perspectives, creating lasting memories and unbreakable team bonds.
European Swim Meets was created to bring that exact experience to you.
Swimming teaches invaluable life lessons, but some can only be taught in unfamiliar circumstances. Challenging yourself in new surroundings, alongside different people and protocols, is just as important for growth as training at home.
For me, those challenges were the most exciting part of my swimming career. This passion, combining competition, adventure and cultural discovery, is the foundation of European Swim Meets.
